Time for a republic

TO all those people complaining about the fact that our new Prime Minister has appointed an Assistant Minister for the Republic: do you really want an old man who lives 14,500kms away to be the King of Australia?

It’s time we grew up and elected an Australian as our head of state.

Prince Charles would support Australia’s move to a republic.
