Culture issue

AS a former Adelaide Crows supporter, it is not the club’s recent average on-ground success that comes to mind, but the club’s culture.

It appears to be systemic with many examples, including periods of poor recruiting, the unhappy exit of Andrew McLeod, the notorious Queensland end of season trip and fall-out, Walker’s indiscretions and the drifting away of Indigenous players namely Cameron, Betts and Stengle to places where these talented players obviously feel more welcome and supported.
