RECENTLY there has been a great deal of mention in the media about political parties’ various views regarding dealing with the timing of emission reduction targets.
The redeeming factor is that it now appears that all our major political parties believe that human-induced climate change is real, and a major problem. A few years ago it was obvious in politics that doubt existed as to whether human-caused climate change was a reality.
