IT seems incredible we have people criticising the new Federal Government which is prepared to recommence dialogue with China, as a ‘leftish weakness’. Do these critics believe confrontation and not communication is the best way forward?

Australia should welcome the opportunity to negotiate while maintaining our values and beliefs.

Let’s again win respect at home and overseas and stop being the ‘barking dog’ of the United States.
