Some work has begun at the former Healthfield Motors site as OTR continues its court appeal against the Adelaide Hills Council assessment panel’s (CAP) decision to reject a 24-hour retail and fuel outlet there.
Fences were recently placed around 160 Longwood Road, the site of the former Heathfield Motors, and local residents have reported that excavations and ground work have been undertaken.
