A “visionary” $20m hotel planned for Mt Barker has been approved by the Mt Barker Council, making it the first development of its kind to be approved in at least 20 years.
The three-storey development, which has been proposed by Guylerie Pty Ltd, will be built on the Heysen Boulevard, near its intersection with Wellington Road.
