Adelaide Hills Mayor Jan-Claire Wisdom is set to return to the council tomorrow (Thursday) after six months of leave, but a council report has revealed that she is yet to comply with the terms of the sanctions imposed on her by the council before she left.
Earlier this year the council agreed to allow Dr Wisdom to take six months of paid leave, which she requested for health reasons.
