A new $12m community hub, which the Mitcham Mayor hopes will revitalise the town’s business precinct, was opened at Blackwood last Monday.
The Blackwood Community Hub, named Tiwu Kumangka, was delivered by the Mitcham Council and supported by both the Federal and State governments, which committed $5m and $3.5m respectively.
