Community garden takes shape

About 70 people turned up on Sunday to have their say on the design of Stirling’s new community garden.

About 70 people attended the Stirling Old School Community Garden planning day to give their input into the garden design.

Stirling Old School Community Garden chairperson William Mansell said organisers were delighted with the turnout and the enthusiasm of local residents.
“The meeting has shown the time has come for a community garden in the Stirling area,” he said.
“People with property still want to connect with community.
“Sharing and learning together was a key point that came out of the planning day.
