The Botanic Gardens of Adelaide will be holding a “garden blitz” at the Mt Lofty Botanic Garden on Saturday, May 5.
The aim is to involve people in the community in helping to get things done, such as mulching, weeding and pruning.
Also to bring the various support groups together, the Friends groups, rhododendron and camellia societies etc.
It will start at 8am in the Arboretum and conclude at noon with a sausage sizzle lunch for all volunteers.
